i was absolutely appalled by the cigarette smoke lingering in the lobby, which really ruins first impressions. also, breakfast was a tragedy—stale bread and no orange juice! i almost thought i’d get an upgrade for my troubles but clearly that’s too much to ask at this place. a saving grace was the location, i guess.
